Pricing depends on trailer size, event duration, delivery distance, and servicing needs. Most single-day event rentals fall in the range of a few hundred to a few thousand dollars depending on the unit. We provide exact pricing in your custom quote — no hidden fees, no surprises. A good rule of thumb is 1 restroom stall per 75–100 guests for a 5-hour event. For a 200-guest wedding, a 2-stall or 4-stall trailer works great. For 500+ guests, we typically recommend an 8-station unit or multiple trailers. Tell us your guest count and we'll give you an exact recommendation.

Everything. Delivery, setup, stocking (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels), servicing during your event, and pickup afterward. Our trailers come fully equipped with climate control, porcelain fixtures, vanity mirrors, LED lighting, and hot water sinks. You don't need to supply anything.

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for most events. Peak wedding season (May–October) and major holidays fill up faster, so booking 4–8 weeks out is ideal for those dates. Need something sooner? Call us — we'll do everything we can to accommodate last-minute requests.

Yes. We handle everything — delivery, leveling, setup, and final walkthrough before your event. After your event, we come back to pick it up. You don't need to coordinate anything beyond telling us where to place it.

Our trailers are fully self-contained with onboard freshwater and climate control systems. For events under 8 hours, no hookups are typically needed. For multi-day events, we may connect to a standard garden hose for freshwater and a 110V outlet for extended climate control. We'll confirm requirements when we quote your event.

Yes. We offer ADA-compliant luxury restroom trailers with wheelchair ramps, grab bars, spacious interiors, and compliant clearances. These units feature the same luxury finishes as our standard fleet. We recommend including at least one ADA unit for events over 200 guests.

Our trailers have a clean, modern exterior that complements most venues. Many event planners add their own decorative touches — floral arrangements, signage, string lights, or fabric draping around the entrance. The neutral exterior is designed to blend in, not stand out. We're happy to share photos of creative setups from past events.
